Well laid out and we'll stocked hobby craft. Has all the essentials for art supplies and craft at a daily reasonable price. Perhaps a little more than online, but you have the advantage of seeing what you're buying here. Well prepared for Covid secure shopping as well, as is the rest of this retail park.

I have given this place five stars which for me it means this place is a bit extra . The entrance is flat and level and the doors are wide and open automatically . There is room to manage a wheelchair down every aisle but a little tight in places . I was unsure of the whereabouts of the item I wanted so to save time I asked an assistant in the shop . She knew exactly what I wanted and also where it was to be found . Now it was located upstairs , but there is a lift provided in order to shop upstairs However to save me going up in the lift the lady went and got the item for me and took it to the checkout while I wandered around the store .When I got to the checkout I was shown the product to see if it was suitable before I bought it . Can’t fault the service .
Covid restrictions set number of people allowed in store at a time, but it's well managed. Had everything I needed, and processed a return very quickly and cheerfully.
Good systems for social distancing. I'd ring in advance if you want a specific thing as they had very little stock in some sections e.g. fabric paint.
A very good shop for artists and handicrafts, you can buy everything you need here. A very helpful and friendly staff.
