So, I'm not a fan of click and collect. Anywhere. And I am well aware that due to a misunderstanding on my part, I may have severely tested, near breaking point, the patience of a member of staff. But all was well in the end and the lady concerned did not crack, or falter. If I'd had to deal with me, I'd have been swinging... I must commend their professionalism. Plus they have tons of awesome stuff on the shelf!

We visit regularly for various crafting items, including artists supplied and sewing sundries. The store is always clean and tidy, well laid out with good signage, and is normally pretty well stocked. Sale items can be especially good deals, but compare pricing on other packs, for instance it is cheaper to buy smaller packs of mini glue sticks than a pack of 50. (1 for pk12 or 6 for pk50!) At the Coventry branch the sales assistant called Rose is absolutely brilliant, very knowledgeable, very helpful, very friendly, and a credit to the store.
I am madly in love with this store. First time I visited the store, I was amazed by the collection the store had. This is definitely the thing I really miss about UK️. India doesn't have such wonderful store. This store deserve a 5 star ️️️
Great friendly staff always helpful. Amazing shop for people with hobbies, always finding what I'm searching for. One of the best stores in town for sure
