I am absolutely stunned, I contacted support yesterday (spoke to John) to say my sewing machine had been used and was not new, he quickly arranged for an new item which arrived today which initially looked much better/cleaner but then I spotted items in the draw a safety pin, used bobbin, a bent needle and some unsightly thing that looked like ear wax then I spotted the instruction manual had lipstick on as though someone had held it in their mouth at some stage, you should be ashamed especially with Covid, you should not be sending out used/2nd hand equipment as new, this is a disgusting and I am sure an illegal practice.Twice in two days Unbelievable...
Nice selection of models. A touch dearer than online shopping but when you go you get what you want there and then. No waiting. Modelling paint 2 a bottle, they don't have full range and colours of Tamiya acrylic paint unfortunately. But have quite a lot. It's brill to have this shop so handy to buy quite arty and unusual items. Highly recommended.
