As one of the last remaining strongholds of physical music I've always loved HMV. The staff in this one are friendly, willing to help and serve promptly. The selection of music isn't what it used to be and over the years some of the more specialist sections have shrunk considerably, giving way to t-shirts, merchandise and pop culture trinkets but I understand why....with more and more music and film purchased digitally, you still need to sell something physical to keep the lights on.

Very pleasant staff. Although location of the store leaves a bit to be desired. Products were as expected in a smaller size hmv store.
