The prices match what you will find online or cheaper. Staff are friendly. Sometimes have not found what I wanted or they are a little behind the trend.

It was so cool, they have loads movies and albums. I went there for some anime merch like posters,t-shirts and action figures but sadly most of the bnha, aot and tokyo ghoul posters were gone. But i like the fact the posters are 3.99.
It was surprisingly busy- not crowded, efficient staff and it has what i wanted pity it didn't stay in Sutton
I sometimes go to HMV to buy DVDs and the odd record now and again. They have a good selection to choose from and friendly staff. Sorry about the photo, I took it when we were in the second lockdown.
Great to have a local store without having to go into central London. Helpful staff, good selection of merchandise across the store
