Spoke to Georgina who was very helpful! Solved my issues almost immediately.
Phoned them,waited for like 10 minutes,spoke to someone for like four minutes with the poor network he had then he said he'll connect me to someone else,so I waited for another ten minutes only to hang up on me before connecting me to anyone
On hold for over an hour and no one picked up!
website is broken so i cant pay .. just says \the payment reference you have entered is not valid\ how useful is that THAT! .. tried to phone and it only took 10 minutes for the signal to cut out.
