Fantastic service! I needed to renew my Passport quickly for work purposes. I called them and they explained the process. I was kept up to date by email and telephone calls and the whole thing ran like a Swiss watch. Five days start to finish. Excellent service. Thank you.

Absolutely joke it is seriously. It has been over 3 weeks and my online status is still showing as documents received. HMPO call centre is absolutely waste of time and money. Such a pathetic service I have received.
