Hivis dont cover the cost of returns!!! My work boots arrived promptly, although they were too big and I wanted to return them. The returns process wasn't great; the instructions were to download a returns form, but the link to the form didn't work. The lady I dealt with was most helpful which is why, combined with the prompt arrival of the product I am giving the company 1 star instead of 0, however I was massively disappointed to learn that this company doesn't cover the price of returns. So I ended up having to fork out 13.69 to return it, in addition to the 5.99 postage I initially paid to buy the product. I have ended up paying the best part of 20 with nothing to show for it. The lady I spoke to explained they dont cover returns so they can keep the prices down. Most unhelpful if the item is not suitable. Perhaps they should make this more obvious on the website or give people the option to cover the price of returns when they buy?

If I could give 0 stars I would! Order time online says next day only to find out after placing the order that this is not the case. Then after waiting 2 weeks for our order we received an empty envelope instead of the masks ordered.

Used to be great company with great customer service. We use it many times with no issues. Last order we got completely damaged and partly open wet smelly box wrapped with plastic with wet product inside. On our request to replace this on a brand new product Hivis \support\ suggest it still OK to use smelly wet things. Finally they offered 20 to get 100pcs of hivis laundered. No responsibility for a shipping accepted. Sure if we based in England can easily sue them but for overseas orders is very complicated. Very unqualified and unfriendly customerservice.

We ordered a large quantity of branded t-shirts for our taxi company Britannia Taxis, wanting to use a local manufacturer and printers, HiVis didn't disappoint. It is noticeable that they have excellent customer service and communication. We wouldn't order from anyone else now, we will be further our relationship by now ordering any merchandise from themselves for the future. Fantastic and keep it up! :)

Ordered custom Vests for my other half who is a Architect and She without a doubt loved it. I wasnt so keen on the Vest designer that they used so i asked for a test print but it would of extended the print by 20 days instead of 10. However they called me up with there concerns and we worked it out. I wish the printing area was larger so i could make the text a little bigger but that is just my opinion either way it looks great. would 100% order again though. Cheap for the quality. Size was perfect for me and im 5ft 8, Customer Service was great NOTE: When you do pick up your items check the goods before signing the paper they give you. Personally i believe they should atleast say something but that is my only gripe
