Afternoon tea delivered to me yesterday as a surprise birthday treat from my sister. Presented beautifully and everything tasted amazing. Special mention for the absolutely delicious cheese scones and the best sausage rolls I've ever tasted both of which were so fresh they were still warm when delivered. A wonderful local business to support during difficult and challenging times. Thank you Hive Coffee Company for helping to make my birthday a special one.

Seriously, if you live in Hebburn or Jarrow, don't go to a multi-national coffee place that changes a fortune, go here instead and support a fabulous local business (who do much nicer food and cakes too).

Absolutely love this place, been back here more than a handful of times. Some of the best tasting coffee in the area, and the food is always fresh and tasty. The menu is always getting updated with new things as specials. Service has always been perfect. And the location is spot on, sitting outside is just the best. Also, PLENTY vegan options which is so hard to find! BEST vegan chocolate cake ever!
