Staff were extremely helpful! Gave lots of advice on different options of glasses that suited me. Shop & staff were very well set up & followed the Corona virus guidelines! Felt very safe there!

Great service and super optometrist made it a really pleasurable visit. What a contrast to one of their main competitors on the same road. The ladies dealing with the customers as they first walk in are welcoming and kind. I'll be sticking to Vision Express from now on.

Terrible customer service. Paid for new glasses and replacement lenses for my current pair. You have to pay in advance, and then you hear nothing. Was told the new ones would be ready in about a week, so when I’d heard nothing after 2 weeks I rang to enquire as to if there was a problem. 1st person I spoke to said he couldn’t help, but then was told they’d be ready in a couple of days. Waited over a week, still no call, email or text. Rand again, and was told they’d be ready soon, but there was a delay! Eventually I get the new glasses 5 weeks after buying them and hand in the current ones to have the new lenses, which I can see in the tray, fitted. Told they’ll call me when they’re ready to collect. It’s now been over 2 weeks and I’ve not heard anything... Appalling way to treat customers spending money on high priced glasses. Have shopped at Vision Express for years, but will never spend another penny with them after this experience

I bought two pairs of sunglasses (one of them mirrored) with prescription and I was told the mirrored would have been ready in maximum 2 weeks (because of the mirror treatment). One pair was ready in 1 week, while the other one won't be ready before I leave for holidays. The annoying thing is that I paid everything in advance, completely trusting them to be ready before my holidays. Now they will provide me a temporary pair of glasses while I am away and replace them with the correct ones when I am back. But they won't be what I have paid for.
