Had a great experience with the garage. Called up and was helped immediately to talk to the right people. Was able to pay over the phone for the service which arrived promptly at the agreed time. Mechanic was able to help fix the problem immediately, which another garage mechanic had failed to be able to do. Very professional and polite. Highly recommend this company.

I wanted to support a local business so gave Saunders my car to carry out an MOT but had a bad experience throughout the whole process. Communication of important information wasn't given to me from the moment I phoned up to book the car in. My car failed twice on the same thing the parking brake. I told them that something wasn't adding up I believed them to be making a mistake. I went straight to another MOT garage and the car passed with no mention of the parking brake!!. I sent Saunders a message through their website to contact me to discuss my disappointment but they never got hold of me. I would not use this garage again and my advise is to avoid.

Disgusting Customer Service - Jackie Jackie the controller, working in recovery has possibly the most disgusting and rude customer service I have experienced in a while. Having got put through to her by a very helpful and polite young man her initial comment of \Yeah?\ isn't exactly by the book... All the way through the call she was extremely blunt and unhelpful. Certainly not someone who should be customer facing in this position... There was a truck sitting on standby no more than 200m away from my location, waiting for a job to come in. Approaching and speaking to them directly moments after getting off the phone to Jackie, they expressed the same opinion. With them even laughing in agreeance on my remarks. You've lost my business. Apparently she's not even having a bad day and is like this all the time, not only a customers opinion, also your colleagues. God knows how many other customers you've lost by employing this woman.
