Had arranged a day and time to meet for a free quotation for their cleaning services. Called in the morning to confirm, was left waiting for 2 hours past the time we had originally agreed with promises of 'i will be there in 20 minutes', 'i'm 5 minutes away' etc to then never show and not answer any calls or messages after to explain why. Absolute time wasters.
