Had an awful experience with them after damage to my property was caused after work to my neighbour’s roof. I found them to be very unresponsive and I was made to chase my own tail for weeks just to get them to make good on damage caused.

Very unsatisfactory experience with HET. The initial sales correspondence and meetings went very well, however, once we were roped in, there was hardly any communication with them. When we questioned the huge jump in price from their initial quote, they ignored any correspondence with us. We didn't understand why they stopped communicating as all we were asking was to explain what their costs were. It was as if they had completely lost interest. We have not heard from them in months. I do not recommend them. Communication was also bad whilst the plans were being drawn up by them

We have unfortunately had a very bad experience with HET. 18 months from starting, the build is still not finished and they have stopped talking to us. Now looks like we are going to have to bring in our solicitors to resolve the issues. My recommendation is \do not touch them.
