Terry & James at Aqua Sensation are great! The sales process and the installation of our water softener were seamless, courteous and highly professional. They were clean and tidy during the installation and explained everything thoroughly before they left. After care is brilliant and nothing is too much trouble for them. We also order salt from AS which they deliver in a timely manner and is good value. Highly recommend!

We decided to have a water softener installed having moved from Nottingham to Bedfordshire and eventually realising that the harder water had triggered my wife's eczema. We have now had it (EcoWater evolution refiner boost) installed for 15 months without any issue, and is has certainly been of benefit to my wife. We have not yet had to buy any more salt than was provided when the softener was installed. From our initial enquiry right through to the completion of the work Terry provided a reliable, professional and fantastic service. Communication was clear and prompt, there was no pressure to buy during their initial home visit, he and his son were punctual and treated our home as if it were their own (in a good way!) during the installation and they left very clear and helpful instructions (including photos) as part of the install. I have no hesitation in recommending Terry and his services or the product installed.

As we’re all aware… Hitchin has very hard water. It’s been a bug-bare of our household for many years. Our taps, shower heads, toilets, sinks and basins have been a pain to clean & descale ever since we’ve lived in Hertfordshire. The kettle and iron have had to be descaled every two weeks! We finally found the solution; Aqua Sensation! Your expertise and knowledge on the subject of domestic H2O was impressive to say the least. After you had explained how your systems could work for us, it was a must have item. The installation was swift, clean & tidy. James & Terry took the time to thoroughly explain how the water softener worked, how it’s maintained & how we could benefit from using the mobile phone app. I would like to express my sincere thanks for a job well done. Friendly, reliable, knowledgable. The whole process of getting our water softener was faultless. Terry came to discuss the options available and made it very easy to decide what to order. Terry installed the softener to a very high standard. He is very conscious, clean and thoughtful about the home and area he is working around.
