Fabulous Sunday lunch. We've been talking about visiting Hispi for ages, and now I'm gutted we haven't been before now. Wonderful food and a great value Sunday menu. We had the pig's head croquette, and pate to start. Both were excellent. The roast dinners (beef & pork belly) were perfect. The gravy, on its own, is worth a visit! Quality ingredients, cooked to perfection. Plus very friendly and professional staff. Highly recommended.

We both had the roast beef for the main and thoroughly enjoyed it. I am sometimes put off by meat being served pink even though I know that’s how beef should be but I didn’t think too much about it and just tasted it ... my god, it was stunning!! The gravy, vegetables and roast potatoes all very nice.
Incredible food , amazing friendly service. You can see why this place gets the great reviews. Good price lunch menu we had today, will definitely be back on numerous occasions.
Hispi never fails to deliver, delicious food, great wine and excellent service. Easily within the top 5 restaurants in Manchester. We'll be back again
