Zero rating for careless, unresponsive and attitudinal behaviour of staff. I have not seen such a worst service of any bank like icici and specially their branch red square market Hisar, ever. I have never seen such irresponsible officials in any bank who doesn't respond even after passing of approx two months from date of submission of form for account related issues. Please avoid using services of icici bank and specially of this branch.
