Used to be the best around and I've been a customer for the best part of 50 years but am sorry to say that the last 3 times have not been so great.... - haddock dry and stale - chips were similar - online prices are 10-15% higher, which you can kind of swallow if the order is ready to pick up...... but it wasnt. On the upside, the spicy chicken burgers were good ...... but one was not as ordered. Get the standards back up or you will lose customers.

We went tonight 11th Feb 2021 to get a treat for the week. My husband left to fetch kebab n chips for us both. A 3 minute drive by car. The kebab meat was cold Could not see the salad, was a totally poor helping And the chips were just warm. The whole meal was disgraceful and thrown away.
The fish was really good.
I've gotta say the mini fish and chips I just consumed was the nicest I've ever had. I called the shop just to thank them and to say I'll be giving a review
Used to be the best and still good on Fridays but for the rest of the week stale refried chips and the oil isn't changed very often. I have been a regular for over 30 years and its sad to see the decline in quality.
