I ordered prop guards for a drone. Month later, package didn't arrive, so I wrote them an email. They claimed that they sent it previous Tuesday, so I should have patience. Package never arrived. So, 11 months later, I wrote them another email. They responded with answer why have I waited so long. I replied that there is no regulation for waiting time and asked for customer support to send me another set, or refund, or give me a proof that they have sent it. They just stopped responding. Stay away from these, spend money elsewere. After posting review on the web, real customer support was deployed, and they sent prop guards.
