The worst customer service. I ordered three outdoor lights June 9th. July 16th I called for an ETA. I was told that one of the lights was on back order until October but the other two were there and ready for pick up.. I never received a phone call letting me know any of this. I chose another light and informed them that my electrician was scheduled for July 29th so please expedite the delivery so I could pick everything up July 28th. The third light is scheduled to be there via UPS July 30th by 9PM. I never received a phone call letting me know this either. I was told that the company was not offering expedited delivery. I chose Hinkley's for their \previous\ reputation of high quality and customer service.

Absolutely love this place! Gorgeous lighting fixtures and excellent customer service!
Great customer service. Very very nice. Thank you for working so hard to find a part for me for a lamp. I will recommend you always
There is an incredible selection from which to choose. The customer service was outstanding. They helped us choose the correct lighting for our bathroom remodel. They did not try to upsell us. And price was very reasonable. If you need lighting, this is the place.
Went in today 1/30 at 12:30 to get assistance on outside lighting. We were treated and the lady pointed us to the lighting after that we go no further help even when we were looking for assistance. We left without buying the 1,000 light and will not be a returning customer!
