Hindringham Hall Gardens and Holiday Cottages

Beautifully laid out gardens really well maintained. A great variety of plants including a vegetable garden. Beautifully manicured hedges and some nice seats to sit and enjoy the garden. The ponds are with a look, steeped in history. Delicious cake and good coffee. This place was a real find. A really peaceful place to spend a morning.

We had the most beautiful morning at Hindringham planned during our recent Norfolk break whilst staying at Langham. The walled garden overlooking the house and moat featuring vegetables and fruit trees and some ornamental plantings was a delight. The stream and associated fish ponds are of great historical interest and with lovely open countryside views. The owners were friendly and informative. Finished off with cake and beverages.. Perfect!

A very nice garden and moated house. We have been before in late summer so were keen to see the spring display. A huge pot of tea and some nice cake to round it off. Oh and we were inspired to buy some plants too!

An absolutely stunning location to base yourself in North Norfolk. Our second visit at stay at Banes Cottage with our dog, this time in Spring. Banes Cottage is a home from home, so well fitted out with all the amenities you’d need and sited with quick and easy access to all that North Norfolk has to offer. PLUS, PLUS, PLUS.... the beautiful and stunning gardens of Hindringham Hall itself. We were lucky to be there whilst the swathes if dafoldils were in full display around the moat and the walks around the gardens were worth the trip itself. Couldn’t praise it or recommend it higher!
