Very negative experience overall. Once you have booked and paid, you have lost all your rights as a customer and are treated worst possible by the owners. E-Mails are notoriously ignored and telephone is not answered. Once you get someone on the phone, you are treated as intruder and before starting a conversation even asked to if so communicate on "Friesisch", English, German or French are denied. It feels that customers get chosen and treated by their fit to the location and regulations on the website are not valid. There are plenty of nicer, friendlier places around - watch out before doing a similar mistake.

Very negative experience. After booking there is no response or only a horrible treatment by the owner. No english, no nothing - only Friesisch. Regulations on the website are not valid. There are plenty of nicer, friendlier places around - watch out before doing a similar mistake.
Very negative experience. We were there just to visit the bar and the owner literally verbally abused saying it was private property and we can not put a step on it. It was matter of just asking him if the bar is available for outside people.
Only great experiences within the last 18 years. Highly recommendable for families without pets but with surf equipment and bikes.
