I bought an immaculate top spec JCW Mini from Macsons almost a year ago now. Had absolutely no issues with the car as of yet and only had to replace the brake pads (fairly normal ordeal in a performance car) These guys sincerely do keep top quality stock, and the cars are close to pristine considering they are second hand. I believe this is due to both good stock selection, and the fact they seem to have some sort of internal valeting/detailing team. Great service from the father and son. The small things like picking me up from the station and offering the refundable deposit at the time really added to the experience. Would certainly buy from again.

Unbelievable, all dealers should pop over to Macsons to see how to run a successful business ! From start to finish they go far more then that extra mile ! Didn't know people like this actually existed . Totally blown away by this father & son team. A big thank you for making my purchase of your fantastic mini clubman for my daughter Lola a dream, its so good iam even thinking of being selfish and keeping it for myself ? My wife has just traded in her Mini Clubman for a Mini. Was a very good and easy experience with no pressure to buy. This was in stark contrast to a local main dealer we visited a few days before where we just wanted to get out of the showroom as soon as possible. Mascons is a family business where everyone seems to love cars. I could have spent hours there chatting about cars with them, it felt that comfortable. All the cars looked immaculate as well, there was obviously a good attention to detail. I myself usually only buy privately (unless I bought a new car), but I would happily buy a car myself from this garage. Thanks Mark

5 star service from Macsons Cars! I travelled from London to Hinckley to collect the Mini Cooper S which I found through a broker online. Wish I went direct to the dealer as would have been a quicker process. Really friendly, professional, family run company - I highly recommend, worth the 3 hour drive!
