After speaking with this gentleman on the phone I will never be booking with them again- he was rude, insulting, aggressive and completely disinterested in my business, even telling me to ring another company when I rang to try and book a taxi. I would definitely not recommend them, this is not the way to run a business or the right way to deal with the public let alone a paying customer.
Needed a wheelchair accessible taxi. Driver was polite and helpful. Fair was reasonable and we arrived at are destination and was picked up on time for return journey. What more could you ask.
I attempted to book a taxi and what I came across was complete and utter rudeness! The man on the end of the phone sounded as if he had just rolled out of bed, could not hear him at all! I asked him to repeat his words and all I got was a patronisingly slow response. I ended the call immediately, would not reccomend to anyone. Also A1 is a lot cheaper and more reliable.
Booked a taxi early in the morning on a normal day (at about 8:30). Had an appointment to make and he told me he’d be with me in 10 minutes. Half an hour later I called asking where he was, to be told that he was “busy” and would be 40 minutes! Ended up missing my appointment not to mention standing around waiting for half an hour for him in the cold. Obviously I cancelled the taxi but would never try and book with him again. He was always DOWNRIGHT rude and sounded annoyed at me when I was the one who’d been waiting 3 times the amount of time he’d asked me to. Not acceptable. A1 is better in every aspect, not to mention cheaper.
