Needed a new car seat for my Granddaughter as she’s outgrown her first one. Spoke to John at the Hinckley branch and he was extremely knowledgeable and helpful in making my decision on the right purchase. He even fitted it in my car, which given the three pieces the seat came in, I don’t think I stood a chance putting it together as easily as he did! All done with social distancing guidelines adhered to. Excellent service.

My partner and I arrived at the store in the evening. We were having a little difficulty setting up our new car seat. The assistant manager, John, came out in the rain to give us a hand. Nothing was too much trouble for him! He helped us set it up, gave us some really useful advice and spoke to us about his personal experience. Felt much more positive after leaving the store and really happy with John's patience and understanding. The experience couldn't have been better. Me and my partner will definitely return to this store in future based on the customer service alone!
Always like a trip to Halfords, staff are friendly and efficient. Halfords Advanced tools are all nice quality. My first place to try for what I need garage/automotive wise.
I went to Halfords in Hinckley. The Service there was Excellent. The item I ordered was ready for me, very quick service, that's the place to go to.
Extremely friendly people, very knowledgeable in the bike section and all staff go out of their way to be polite and helpful.
