I may only be a delivery driver but how can you justify the waiting times when your customers require goods to be delivered at specific times. The waiting here is absolutely disgraceful and it would seem disorganized as nothing is ever ready for dispatch on time. This is atleast my 3rd visit and it's the same thing every time. Was just awoken at 5.00 AM WITH A START BY WHAT CAN ONLY BE DESCRIBED AS A JET ENGINE AT FULL THROTTLE AND THIS WAS EMANATING FROM YOUR FACTORY DS SMITH PACKAGING!!! SURELY THIS CANNOT BE ALLOWED UNDER PUBLIC HEALTH. I WILL BE REPORTING THIS TO THE ENVIRONMENTAL HEALTH DEPARTMENT AT HINCKLEY & BOSWORTH COUNCIL AT THE FIRST POSSIBLE OPPORTUNITY. FOR CRYING OUT LOUD THIS IS ABSOLUTELY FRIGHTENING LET ALONE DISGUSTING IN THIS DAY & AGE!!!
