Excellent service from booking an appointment to discus flooring options, through to installation and settling up. Really helpful and courteous service from all involved. Would highly recommend the team at Hinckley. Special mention for Chris and Mark in the showroom and Blane, Neil and Olly who did the fitting (engineered wood and carpet throughout home).

From the moment we went into the show room to select our flooring for the lounge, hall and stairs and bedroom, we found all the staff very helpful and no sales pitch to deal with. They made it an easy choice to have Carpetworld supply and fit all. We were kept informed throughout the process and both the carpenter and carpet fitter did an excellent job even during this time of lockdown, we felt very safe. Thank you Matt, Blane and Ollie.

Great service from start to end. Matt was really helpful and friendly when we purchased our carpets. Great communication all the way through. Will definitely come back for further carpets when needed. Would recommend to family and friends.

What's not to like? Great service from the guys in the showroom...Chris and Matt in particular kept us updated and well informed. To be honest I doubt we were the easiest customers. Chopped and changed our minds many times! Matt and Chris accommodated us at every turn. Adam the fitter was on time, polite, left no mess. Fair price. Great service. Well recommended all round

Amazing service from start to finish. Matthew assisted us in making sure we chose the correct flooring for our home. He followed up from that visit with calls to Confirm dates and times of visits etc so that we were kept informed. Blaine was our fitter and his craftsmanship is second to none, he worked quickly and efficiently for us to have our home back to normal again. The quality of work carried out is phenomenal and I would have no qualms in using the team again for our new carpets upstairs. I would highly recommend. Thank you again.
