We've always ordered from here as it was our favourite, however since its been taken over the quality of the food has been bad, I ordered our usual, when it turned up almost 2 hours later it was cold and some of it was missing, I called them and they asked for it back and they would send another one over but that was cold too. W left it fit 2 months and then made an order for collection, we went to pick it up but they said they had told me it was a 40 minute wait, when we finally got it, it was cold and we had to re-heat it in the microwave. We won't be placing an order there anymore

Ive never ordered from this place before so thought i'd give it a try. My food was ordered at 7:42 and arrived at 9:23, my king prawn starter consisted of 4 tiny prawns, 1 slice of pepper and about a quarter of a hard onion, and the naan bread I ordered had a long white hair in it which doesn't exactly instill confidence in the standards of hygiene. Looking at other reviews I'm wondering whether I've ordered from the same Balti Raj restaurant.
First time we tried a takeaway from here and it was lovely. Ordering was easy arrived on time and piping hot. The dishes were tasty and better than some of the sit down experiences we have had. Well done team keep it up
Ordered via Facebook messenger. Really fast response and easy way to order. Advised a collection time. The food was ready payment was contactless. The food was really good and still hot. Friendly service. 5*
