Since switching to Avro I have been thoroughly impressed by my energy and the quality of power they supply. I'm able to use the toaster and hair dryer concurrently and if I'm feeling exuberant I switch on the essential oil disperser. Not once has this been an issue whereas under my previous supplier a house fire was a near certainty and a letter from from the council was never far behind. It could be coincidence but I believe Avro are responsible for a upturn in my well being. Only the other day I was able to walk again for the first time in years and I wasn't laughed at during my bi-weekly origami zoom meeting. It's got to be Avro as it can't be anything else. Highly recommended. So good you can taste it. Others say that could be a gas leak, I'm not convinced.

One of the easiest, most helpful energy suppliers I have dealt with for over 20 years. Direct debit set up for usage adjusted accordingly, even when I made a mistake submitting my meter readings they contacted me within 48 hours to help me rectify my mistake, to avoid me having a large bill next time round. The people on the customer service calls are friendly, sympathetic and very willing to help.

Things are good until they go wrong. Hard to get hold of if you want to speak to someone. It’s easier to get hold my doctors surgery than speak to someone at Avro, they have billing issues but I have to spend a considerable amount of my time on the phone and email resolving them. Very little empathy when you do speak to them. I wish I I’d t gone for the cheapest supplier and had paid a little premium for service.

Our switch to Avro Energy was very smooth, and all the services provided have run without a hitch. It is easy to submit readings, and billing is clear and accurate. So far, all charges have been as advertised, and considerably cheaper than our previous provider. Very happy with Avro!
