I visit icici Kangra branch on 5th of this month at 3:15 PM to open an account the staff was very careless and unprofessional, also the person was missing from the branch at 3:15 PM only who opens new accounts, one staff memeber called him but he clearly refused to come I heard him while he was talking to her and he sounded like he owns the bank.... how unprofessional?? When I heard him I walked straight out of the branch had very bad experience guys at Kangra brach and I don’t recommend icici Kangra to anyone.

Worst branch, even they don't have devices in branch for account verification. I visited branch and asked to visit later because no availability of device in branch. And when I visited again after 2 days they asked me to wait and after waiting for 2 hours because not having again verification device in branch,after 2 hours when person with machine reached at branch and said machine is not working. If there is option for marking rating in negitive, I will surely opt that one.
