This is my favorite address to to order meat. For dinner, for bread or for the barbeque/smoker, the quality is superb. The meat is biological and that shows (and tastes). If you ask they can tell you where the meat came from and give advice how to prepare it. You can also get dinner here which is of ok quality. Indonesian rice, mashed potatoe meals, hotchpotch etc for an easy evening when you don't want to cook. Staff is friendly and the price is a bit higher than the supermarket I think it is more than worth it.

Hier net wagyu gehaald, heel direct en klantvriendelijk behandeld en netjes uitleg erbij gekregen over dit speciaal vlees, en hoe dit bereid moet worden.

We zijn allemaal bewuster bezig dan ooit met wat we eten en de kwaliteit ervan. Dan is het bijna onvermijdelijk dat je kiest voor scharrelvlees. En in dat geval kom je in het Gooi al snel uit in Winkelcentrum Kerkelanden bij Slagerij Mulder. De dames en heren in de winkel zijn vriendelijk, behulpzaam en lopen over van de kennis. Ze weten precies hoe het proces verlopen is van de boerderij tot aan de toonbank. Daarbij staan ze je ook bij met raad en daad over de juiste bereidingswijze of geven ze je handige tips voor bij het koken. Zowel in de keuken als buiten op de barbecue hebben wij het liefst een stuk Livar varkensvlees of France Limousin rundvlees. Ga zo door!
