Thought to support local restaurants in Hilversum by ordering directly from them in these COVID-19 times. We ordered paella (dry, no taste, hardly any ingredients and reheated in the microwave), aïoli (greasy, basically Helman’s mayonaise with garlic), croquetas de camaron (reasonable), costillas in kecap sauce (blackened, burnt and dry). The salad we ordered was good and plentiful. In short to be avoided for take-out/delivery and for us never again especially given the prices they charge.
