The laptop I have purchased was sent out with deficiencies that could had been spotted with a quality check before shipping. I have tried to reach the company several times by phone but they were only reachable by email. The laptop was sent back for repair but it took them 1 week to acknowledge reception (another sent email). Despite the 3 month warranty, the slow response forced me to quit the laptop and requested a refund, which went alright.
