Great online selection, but be advised that this most likely is a traditional store and not too well equipped to handle online orders. This review only addresses their online experience. From our experience, if you are unlucky to order an item that is not in their limited online stocks you are in for a long wait. Paid in full ahead still waiting for delivery one month later. Online shopping cart does not update (\order confirmed\ showing as latest update, a few mins after purchase), you will have to write emails or call them to figure out the status. From what I see, it is not possible to check if they have items on site stock, or if items will have to be ordered. Customer service reacts but is not able to help. Two stars because they don't own or apologize for the late service, but present excuses. At least they do answer emails, hence not one star only. I do understand the global situation, and the pressure of the holiday period, but they cannot seem to be able to estimate delivery times. In the case of delivery systems being disrupted, the least a customer can expect is an honest situation update and a friendly, apologetic email. This is not their strength, this seems to be a very Dutch company. Will not order again, would not advise to buy unless you walk in the shop and they have stock. Else you better not need your items soon...

After placing an order I recieved no correspondence or notification from the store for a week. When I followed up, I was told the items would be sent that week. Another week passed and still no Track & Trave sent. I followed up again and was promised the items would be sent the same day (they were not). All in all it took 3 WEEKS to get a simple order delivered. Terrible customer service!!!!

I returned a package and was promised to get refund within 14 days. I am still waiting for the money. What is happening. I do not recommend this shop.

Found some really great workout and dance stuff here, they have things that work for all types of dance, and you can tell the people who work here have an impeccable knowledge of all things dance. Very helpful staff and good selection for pointe shoes and leotards. Slightly expensive but that is to be expected for good quality.

I bought pair of ballet shoes and a skirt(which arrived without any packaging) online and the customer service was terrible! It took 2 weeks to arrive so I ended up buying somewhere else that would deliver faster. I sent a very polite email asking if I could return it, explaining what happened and that I found a bit unfair that I had to pay for the return since it took so long to arrive. Bianca answered my e-mail without any apologies, just said that I can see the delivery times in their website, which is not true because the brand I ordered from was not listed there! I answered explaining that and said that next time they should be more professional and at least send an e-mail letting the customer know that their order will take 2 weeks. Again her reply contained no apologies and just said that she will wait for my order to be returned. I will now pay for my order to be returned.
