I tried this place for the first time tonight with my mom, since we came here for my birthday dinner! I had such an amazing experience at this restaurant and loved everything I had! This restaurant is super nice and I love the decor and cozy atmosphere this place brings! I had a French martini for the first time and it was delicious! For our appetizer we got the spinach and artichoke dip, and for our main course we ordered the vegetarian sushi plate which was so good! For my birthday dessert they brought out a delicious vanilla ice cream topped with whipped cream, walnuts and chocolate syrup and it was to die for!!! Our server Allison was wonderful and gave amazing service! However, one thing you should know is that they are cashless, so be prepared for that if you decide to come! I can't wait to come back here soon! Highly recommend!

Best restaurant in the valley. Service, food and drinks are top notch. You can’t go wrong with anything on the menu. Been going to Hillstone since its inception in 2010 and have always had an awesome experience.
The Hillstone never disappoints. I frequently come to enjoy the outstanding Thai Steak Salad (A MUST TRY) and mashed potatoes. Shipping off to the military tomorrow, I HAD to have my final meal at the Hillstone. Thank you so much to my amazing server, listening to my requests and delivering perfectly. The top notch service, friendly door greeters, and outstanding flavor keeps the Hillstone at the top of my list. Thank you for such a wonderful night. See you soon!

A top scene for American food. Great location to chill, eat some good food. Staff treated us so kindly. Prices were reasonable. I see why this place has a lot of great reviews.
