Disgusting food, the worst fried fish I've ever had, chips just a lump of squidgy potato. No care in food preparation whatsoever. Fishcakes like bricks. Hope we don't get ill tonight! very poor.

Best kebab i have ever had!! Will travel from crick and the other side of rugby to fetch a kebab from here. Staff always super friendly and helpful.
(100% covid aware and complaint business) Visited 21/1/21, The staff have PPE on and a screen is between staff and customers on the main display. Ony 3 people allowed in at once witch is acceptable with social distancing. Best fish and chips in rugby in my opinion. Staff are very pleasant and profesional and very quick service.

Awful, fish very overdone batter like chewing sandpaper, most of the fish fried away, what was left like chewing gum. Fish cakes like eating a discus so hard. Chips not great either, all stuck together. Won't be going there again! Shame, we were 1st time customers.
