Poor. Queued up for a 10 minutes to be told that the offer I was interested in was only available to Hillier Garden Club Members. Anyone who charges different people different prices for the same product has the wrong marketing strategy. I won't be going back.
Great staff who are really helpful even in these difficult times. Very friendly and the coffee shop, which is small, is great. Well worth visiting. Remember to wear your face covering to protect everyone.

I am a regular Hilliers customer, as was my Mother before me. It is local and one can usually rely on the quality of their plants & trees. In fact, my OH has just picked a bucket of delicious damsons from a young tree we bought from Hilliers two years ago. And I am growing a healthy crop of round cabbages, sprouts and black kale - from the last of the vegetable plugs on sale 3 or 4 months ago. Ace shop. My favourite.
