Very quiet shopping experience, tried on a Peaky Blinders cap.. Liked it so bought it.. No queues and Covid restrictions evident. Staff polite

Security guard causing COVID queues on way in to building, only allowing so many people in at a time, but as soon as they leave the line the customers imediately enter the massive scrum of people not observing social distancing rules. No count of people leaving the shopping centre. I felt it was like watching a 3 year old child pretending to be a policeman. These people are I guess there to protect us somewhat. Funny to see especially as i was able to walk round the queue unchallenged.

Excellent one way system idea. Clean friendly staff. Just no seating area so was sat on the floor
Arrows on floors for traffic flow but no one enforcing any type of covid rules indoors. Empty shops growing by the month, but what is there is good.
