The food is great and the staff is super friendly! So good to be back inside, we have been customers to the Hill Country Bbq Market since 2019 and we can tell the vibe is still there even though it's been a crazy time. We're looking forward to having live music again! We had a good time with our friends yesterday, thank you

Well, I was skeptical, but this is good Texas BBQ in Midtown Manhattan. The place is open and inviting. We went during the pandemic, so probably had tables space much more than usual. You can go to the market counter to order, or you can order at your table. The level of smoke flavor was good. The BBQ sauce was OK, but real Teas BBQ is about the smoke and the meat, not the sauce. They nailed it here. We had Brisket, both moist and lean, pulled pork, spare ribs, sausage and a hot link. (sorry, no chicken for me). Our sides were Greens, Mac n Cheese and Potato Salad. The Mac n Cheese was good, the others were better. Good service, great atmosphere and food. Recommended.
The perfect spot if you’re into barbecue and country music! So far I’ve gotten their pulled pork and their brisket, and they’re both very good. If I’m being honest, the Mac and cheese wasn’t as good, but some of their other sides are really good. The ambiance here is awesome (if you like country music)! It’s very lighthearted. Also, the prices are very reasonable given the amount of food you get. I hope COVID goes away soon because I think this would be an awesome spot to go to with a big group of friends!
What a fun place. It is very casual with butcher block tables. You go up to people cutting different meats and order your BBQ favorite and sides. Food was good. Could be a little pricey.
Would certainly recommend trying this spot. Great mood, delightful food, awesome service. Fantastic work.
