Fixed my bow perfectly. It hasn't played so well in years! Knowledgeable and patient but mostly passionate about all things strings.

Thank you so much for all your help. This violin means so much to me.
Fantastic lovley people great knowledge nice to see the shop today and yourselfs of course.
I can't thank Mr Hill enough for his help, service and kindness. My dad has played the violin since a young boy until about 10 years ago. As a result of Covid-19 he has decided to try and take it up again. So I took my dad into Hill & Company and was assisted by a very helpful and sympathetic shop assistant, asking if they could stop the stings from slipping. On our return to the shop a couple of hours later, Mr Hill had not only sorted out the problem of the strings, he had replaced them, cleaned it up, tuned it ready for playing and basically made an elderly gentleman extremely happy. We can't thank him enough for all his work on it and for his generosity too!
Super friendly and knowledgeable staff. How shops use to be. This place, if you need to use them, is like stepping into the past but in a good way!
