I absolutely loved staying here. Friendly and very friendly staff. Took very goo care of us. And the meals were out of the world so very good. Nice beach lounge chairs and beach towels were provided. The room was clean and very large with double fans and a/c with a roomy bathroom and a long balcony. Please if you have the chance do stay at the Jasmine Gardens Guest House. I was in room 6

The place is beautiful and the staff is very kind. The guesthouse is operated by the family. Unfortunarely the food is avarage only. The rooms which are front of the building (faceing to the ocean) are quite noisy if the weather is windy, because of the ocean waves. You cannot close the doors completly.

Nice place. But 3km awe from Hikkaduwa town. If you are travelling on off season sea is rough near the location.

Amazing beach, great food, amazing rooms (very large), the placer is runned by a lovely family! Would defenitly go back! Relaxed,modern accomodation. Must go!
