Nice place to live
A relative moved here, lovely ground floor flat, small garden with pond, but no other facilities, no shops and as yet no buses in to Horsham.
As a vistor there is not enough Parking Spaces. And we have worked out why, HD COUNCIL had the facility built by Berkley Homes This despicable company is cashing in by sub letting the Parking to a faceless 'PO BOX' company who have installed what are most likely, non conforming high positioned dark brown and orange 'Parking Conditions ' signs that cannot be seen at night or in the day at an angle due to glare With no Red or white Text . There are no Yellow lines so avoid this place unless you can find one of the few vacant visitors spaces or wish to receive a 100.00 'parking Notice charge' ' This is very upsetting scenario for an old people's care home HDC. (are they receiving a cut of these 'Fines')?
