Made appointments for the times that we needed to be there and were in and out pretty quickly. Seems to be working on getting new, friendly people in the office and enough people that they aren't so overwhelmed. You definitely should make an appointment if you want faster service, but I think people will be surprised with the way service is now compared to a year ago.

I was moving my mother's stuff from California to South Carolina and I was pulled over for going 3 miles over the limit. Trooper Hall gave me a warning then told me how he hated California and Californians. He then searched my car throwing all of my mother's stuff on the wet grass in 28degree weather even though I told him I'm a former DHS employee and have 4 college degrees with honors, but his hate for California was strong. I've been educated and trained in police tactics and this trooper had 0 crital thinking skills. While reaching my car this genius didn't even Terry frisk me. He put his fellow officers in danger and didn't even look in obvious places drugs or weapons would be on a person such as their pockets. This troopers shouldn't have a badge with bias like these. If you planned to visit or pass through the State of Oklahoma I would choose a different route. I was tired, but drove straight through the State to avoid further harassment by super trooper Hall and his cracker jack policing methods. My cousins who have the same job in 2 different states said they are ashamed a guy like this is counted amongst them.
would give a 5, but when i called to ask if I was safe to travel thru their jurisdiction with more that 1000 dollars without fear of their pigs confiscating it, the man on the other end of the line got extremely angry. quite unprofessional. if u were a phone rep for any other business, you would be reprimanded. and you are a business. let's be clear about that. thanks!! go sooners! whatever the f a sooner is...
