On 1-15-2020 while on I40 East -307, where the barriers are at, I blew a tire and was unable to pull off to the right. While on the phone with roadside assistance, Trooper D.A. Knapp pulls up, gets me to the left side in a safe place and changed my tire. Very pleasant and courteous. Thank you so much! I am thankful for you guys!

My dream since I was 5 in 2005. Can’t wait to work the great state of NC with these boys and gals ‼️ They are doing their jobs to protect and serve the state of North Carolina with the help of the awesome Colonels they have experienced so far.

Just called them to get some guidance on the Rt 95 Mathew storm closures and discovered the state police \ business office\......which is what you have to speak to if you don't want to do 911.....is closed on weekends! And this phone number describes itself as the headquarters for the N Carolina State Police. Scheesch. 65k and up salaries and nobody wants to work weekends? I'm sure they are ok people, but being closed on a weekend is like the ice cream stand closing for the summer so the owner can go on vacation.

Your DWI enforcement vehicle with liscence plate PP-7793 is doing 70 in a 55. Matched speeds for a second to get an accurate number but given he was still pulling away we slowed back down after getting his liscence plate. There is no reason for that, he is not an emergency vehicle, there are no indicator lights, and no siren or police escort was around him. You should be role models to traffic laws, not an exception to them.

Your troopers NEED TO SLOW DOWN! Abide by the law you are suppose to enforce.

I called to ask if I needed to get a different license plate to do a one time tow of a vehicle and the individual who picked up transferred me to the wrong department so i was transferred twice then when the right department did pick up the lady on the phone was very short with me and did not answer my question.
