Recently walked past this care home and court a glimpse of the smiles and enjoyment the staff had whilst helping a resident celebrate their birthday. It was a happy sight and actually brought joy to my day seeing people in their jobs going beyond and above what's expected of them to bring enjoyment into residents lives (which was visibly obvious whilst walking past) especially in the midst of everything going on in the world! I had to leave a review and applaud! Friday 17th July about mid day!

My Auntie spent a few years at Highfields Nursing home all of which she was Self funded. She Paid over 200 thousand pounds and while there yes they did did take great care of her and the staff were brilliant it was sad to see that when she passed away the nursing home never sent a Sympathy card to the family or even a single flower to her funeral. I fully understand the nursing home is a Business but a 1.00 card to the family would have been nice
My mother was at Highfields Nursing Home for 19 months, couldn't have picked a better nursing home, everybody is treated as a family. We as a family cannot thank or praise them enough for the care they gave to our mother.
