Lots of parking because of being in a retail park. Nice layout. Very clean and tidy. Easy to make your way around the store and easy to find what you're looking for due to helpful staff. Excellent social distancing markings with one way routes throughout the store. Hand sanitizer at the entrance and sneeze guards at checkout.

Warning: They do not keep their stock levels up to date here, the website may state a certain number of items in stock at this branch but this is not a live system and is instead reliant on shop staff updating the system which in turn updates the website. Given there are next to no staff in the shop this doesn't happen. Be prepared to have a wasted journey. (I complained to Wickes about this and got a pretty flat and generic response).

Always know what you're going to get here. No frills, usually decent price and quality. Some issues lately with certain timber stock but not the only place to have this issue.

As expected everything you need straight up to the toilet. Well organised, well layed out. Easy to find what you need. Well recommended store for all your materials

B&Q normally has a better selection for small DIY projects. This is more for builders.
