Excellent service from Ronnie at The Sound Gallery, I came in with a limited idea of what I needed, a record deck to go into an existing Roberts Stereo, Ronnie guided me on the best turntable to choose, plus a booster box, that I wouldn’t have known about, to get it all to work. Set it up so we could listen, excellent service, knowledgeable, informative and not at all pushy. Great products and great service.

Incomparable auditioning facilities and great installation of a Sondek turntable. Please note that this review is belated but same personnel :-) The store provided a very robust initiation to a few of stereo's top marques. Cheers!

Have been a customer for over 30 years - best not to rush in hastily with a review! Sure Ronnie has been there as long as I've been a customer as well. Over that time the knowledge, help and customer service has been beyond excellent. Fantastic range of the best the market offers. Always helpful with advice and after sales service and never try to sell you something you do not need, up sell or not within budget. To be honest the products often do that themselves and you may well spend more anyway; as I have done on many occasions, however, I can state with confidence that every time I have spent more than intended I have been delighted I did and I cannot think of anything else that quite compares in the same way. Would always recommend a demo and try out different options partly as sound combinations can vary but also as it's fun but have reached the point where trust Ronnie / them implicitly and just go with recommendation. Wouldn't consider going anywhere else. Thank you so much for the all the pleasure provided over the years and look forward to spending more money with you when can :)

I recently purchased a pair of Adam Audio T5V Studio Monitors online, and already owned a Denon Intergrated Amplifier PMA-720 AE from The Sound Gallery. After setting my studio up with the new monitors I realised I didn't have the right cable to input them into my amp. I rang The Sound Gallery and the gentlemen was incredibly knowledgeable, efficient, and helpful. He knew exactly which cable I needed, and I purchased it and had it delivered for free within about 30minutes. It was incredible service. I then realised that I also needed another cable to connect my amp and laptop. Before I could even act, the gentleman rang me back and said he knew I needed another cable, and that he would drop it round later that day. All in all. 5*****. If you're Buckinghamshire based, use The Sound Gallery.
