I bought a fabulous red evening dress and jacket from Sapphire about seven years ago. I needed it altered and I needed it doing quickly. I hadn’t realised I was thinner than when I had bought it. Contacted them to see if they would be willing to alter it and yes they were and they would get it back to me within a week. I collected my dress today and it fits like a glove. I put it on and felt fab. Thank you ladies. I call that service above and beyond the norm. I highly recommend you.

I couldn't rate this place enough! After being to a few bridal shops and absolutely hating the experience Julie changed this for me! She is fantastic! Very patient, she gave us lots of ideas, lots of choices with wedding dresses no minimum amount to try on. Julie even called the suppliers to find out lead time on dresses etc 5* shop. Thank you for all your help!!!

This time last year I contacted Sapphire as I needed a long dress for our son's wedding in June. I tentatively asked if it was \too early to look for a dress suitable for a summer event.\ \No\, they said. I drove to Sapphire on a wintery Dec day. I was amazed that I picked out 12 \possible\ dresses. All the staff were very helpful. Their dress alterations lady had me try on each dress and helped me with her comments to select the best one for me. Her patience and attention to detail - second to none. She has \style.\ They threw in a wrap foc and the alterations lady showed me how to wear it to best effect. She also advised on make-up and shoes and helped me select a hat. The price for all of this was very reasonable. Great shop.
