Simon was recommended to me on Facebook when I asked for someone to help with my laptop, and was well worthy of the recommendation! Within 24 hours he had taken my call and taken the laptop in for repairs. He was extremely helpful, friendly, and kept me up to date throughout, managing to resolve all issues. Highly recommend him!
After my son dropped my HP Spectre laptop I found myself in PC World as it was not charging. I was faced with a minimum 2 weeks without my laptop. I phoned Simon at Owl Tech in desperation. 3 hours later after he had checked all the components and reassembled the laptop it was handed back to me fixed. This saved me at least two weeks in time and even saved me money over the basic fee for a check up and data back up charged by PC World. No criticism of the service offered by PC World but definitely a huge recommendation for Owl Tech!
