Still open for click and collect of online orders. Very efficient collection. Be better if you coukd create a login/account as its difficult to have all the right information to hand when you arrive

Recently I clicked and collected a nintendo switch game with currys, I received an email saying it had arrived so I went to go pick it up. At the moment I am working nights as a key worker so I couldn’t go until the afternoon. When I arrived I was told to wait in the queue, after 15 minutes I was finally called to the till. The staff member on the till said he would go and find the game for me. He came back with the wrong game and tried to tell me it was the right one. I then showed him the email to prove it was the wrong game. He then said he would go and find the right one and instead got other peoples orders for them. After 30 minutes I went to another member of staff and asked what was going on, this staff member was very helpful unlike the first one. She said she would now go and have a look herself but she came back and said she couldn’t find it and told me that it had probably been stolen. I was then told to go home and reorder the game and after I had done that and gone to pick the next one up, I could get my refund. I ordered the same game again and was told it would be in store on Tuesday at 5pm. I waited until Sunday and still received no email that I could go pick it up so I decided to go in without the email to find out what was going on. Another staff member helped me today and after 5 minutes the game was given to me, this time it was the right one! I finally got my refund which took about 10 minutes to do, the customer service was very poor overall and I would not go here again. I know we are in a pandemic but due to working nights I couldn’t have it delivered so I thought click and collect would be easy, clearly I was wrong.

The first Curry's I've been to that led me straight home (on a Friday evening) to write a positive review. The customer service in the High Wycombe branch was impressive. From the sales person to the manager it was all about me the customer. They were fair, accommodating and despite being within minutes of closing I still felt that my business was appreciated. Covid is clearly a challenge to their working environment and there was a significant wait for assistance but they made sure I knew I hadn't been forgotten. This level of customer service is delivered at the ground but must be championed from the top. Kudos to the branch manager and his team - you are an example to the rest of your organisation.
