The staff are friendly, patient, and have good knowledge of the products they have in stock. I have purchased several items in the last couple of years, all have worked correctly. Yesterday I bought a bandsaw, which proved to be faulty, first time Ive had a faulty item. I returned it today, and the response was excellent. I was given options, and chose to wait for a replacement to be in stock at the shop, which they expect within a couple of weeks, and which they will unbox and check before handing it over, to ensure I dont get a second bad one. Its always pleasant shopping at this store, so glad they survived the lockdown, I look forward to the in-shop tutorials resuming when the covid situation allows.
